The Cognitive and Neural Linguistics Laboratory has studied reading and language development in children, identifying phonological awareness and radical knowledge as two critical components in Chinese reading. The lab has developed two educational apps to help children easily practice these elements: "Harvest Season" and "Bopomofo Adventure King." This event will feature game demonstrations on tablets or computers, with experts explaining the game's features and design concepts. After the explanation, attendees will have the opportunity to try the games on-site. If there is a high turnout, each person will be limited to 3 minutes of playtime.
