Fu Ssu-nien (1896–1950) was the founder of the Institute of History and Philology, Academia Sinica, a leading figure within “new history,” and a leader in the New Culture Movement. To commemorate these endeavors and more, the Fu Ssu-nien Memorial Room displays his personal artifacts, manuscripts, photographs, and other materials to assist visitors in understanding the importance of the many facets to his life.
