Watch online : The fluorescence cell images and Ct value after COVID-19 infection
This lecture will introduce two biophysical instruments- the confocal microscopy and RT-PCR (Real-time PCR). We will introduce basic principles and application of these two instruments. In addition, we will discuss how to apply these two instruments into COVID-19 research for fluorescence images and Ct value calculation.
