History is the accumulation of human civilization. Understanding modern history enables better understandings of the customs and cultural values in modern society.
The Institute of Modern History offers a variety of educational games, such as “Zig-zagging in Time and Space: A Cross-Century Language Adventure,” “My First Modern History Class,” “Tan Wen Jie Zi: Matching Cursive Scripts,” “Have You Arrived in Shanghai? Wandering through a century-old map”, etc. Through these interactive games, participants learn about the life experiences and wisdom of our predecessors and discover traces of cultural exchange between the East and the West.
