2D materials: physical properties and applications

Two-dimensional materials are crystalline materials composed of a single layer of atoms. They exhibit many unusual physical, chemical and material properties, which are different from zero-dimensional, one-dimensional, and three-dimensional materials. The study of two-dimensional materials can advance science and technology of semiconductors.
