Do all Hakka people worship the Lord of the Righteous? Do they all believe in the Lords of the Three Mountains? There are tens of millions of Hakka people worldwide. Hakka customs therefore vary widely, the forms of spoken Hakka are not necessarily mutually intelligible, and their religious beliefs also differ. At present, about one percent of all Hakka people around the world are Christians, but even though the ratio is small, their religious beliefs and customs have created a diverse Hakka culture. This exhibition tells the story of the Hakka people's encounter with Christianity, and offers an introduction to Hakka Christians.
